The Bartram Trail Newcomers Club held its May luncheon on Tuesday, May 12, at St. Johns Golf and Country Club in St. Augustine, according to a recent release. The theme was “Have a Mamma Mia Mother’s Day” and a Mamma Mia trivia contest was held, a recent release stated. The luncheon was preceded by an installation ceremony for the new club officers for the upcoming year, and this will be the last luncheon until September, noted a recent release.
The Bartram Trail Newcomers Club (BTNC) is an organization that provides an opportunity for women to learn about the community and find fellowship through monthly meetings and social and special interest activities, per a recent release. Membership is open to everyone, the release explained.
In addition to monthly meetings, BTNC has a wide variety of special interest groups including Bridge, Continental Rummy, Pennies Canasta, Mexican Chicken Train, Bunco, Mah Jong, Golf, Book Club, Nature Walk, Lunch Divas Girls Night Out and Special Events, a recent release stated.
