Starting fresh, staying local

Happy New Year, neighbors! As we turn the page to 2026, it feels like the perfect time to pause, take a deep breath, and reflect on the year behind us while looking forward to the one ahead.
This month, we’re especially excited about the new opportunities for residents to engage with the outdoors and our community. The Leon County Adopt-A-Tree Program is back, giving homeowners a chance to beautify their properties and do something meaningful for the environment. And for those who love a bit of competition and excitement, Tallahassee will host the World Athletics Cross Country Championships in January, an event that’s sure to bring energy and pride to our area.
Here at The Bradfordville Bugle, our goal remains simple: to connect neighbors with the stories, events, and people that make our community vibrant. In 2026, we hope to continue shining a spotlight on local voices, celebrating our shared history, and keeping you informed about what’s happening just around the corner.
Of course, none of this is possible without you.
As always, we welcome your stories, ideas, and feedback. Whether it’s a local hero, a community event, or a simple observation about life in Bradfordville, your voice matters here. After all, this is your paper.
Here’s to a year of connection, curiosity, and community. We’re so glad to share it with you.
