The Jacksonville Symphony announced Alison Bolton as its new vice president and general manager. Bolton brings more than two decades of leadership experience in operations, production and orchestral management, including previous roles at the Nashville Symphony and Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra.
As vice president and general manager, Bolton will oversee all production operations and performance logistics, managing concert production, budgets, touring and recording projects, and labor agreements with musicians and stagehands. She will also organize major annual productions such as First Coast Nutcracker and serve as the primary liaison between musicians and Symphony leadership.
“It’s a privilege to join the Jacksonville Symphony’s senior leadership team at such an energizing moment for this remarkable organization,” said Bolton.
Bolton officially began her role on Nov. 24, 2025. For more information, visit jaxsymphony.org.
