The Grand Marshal Tour and Dinner will serve approximately 200 guests and will be held on May 10. The show will be on the following day, May 11, from 10 a.m. \u2013 4 p.m.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Starting as a small show 20 years ago, the World Golf Village motorcycle event has grown into the largest vintage motorcycle show in America. Half a million dollars have been donated to locally based charities over the years and the event is showing no signs of slowing down. Approximately 300 \u2013 350 antique and vintage motorcycles will be showcased around the lake at the World Golf Village and vendors will be on hand for food and drinks. A charity store will also be open for souvenirs and gifts. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Gloria Struck has been chosen as this year\u2019s Grand Marshal. Struck started riding at the age of 16. In 1946, at the age of 21, Struck became one of the early members of the Motor Maids women\u2019s motorcycle club. She has ridden more than 650,000 miles across America and parts of Europe on 11 Harley Davidsons and three Indian Motorcycles. She is a frequent long distance rider to rallies for the Motor Maids Convention and the national Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Struck is also a member of the Sturgis Hall of Fame and the Motorcycle Hall of Fame. She will be available for autographs at the show. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cThis event grows every year. It takes a lot of planning and well over 100 volunteers to make it all run smoothly, but it turns out to be a great family friendly couple of days for everyone,\u201d said Advisory Board chairman, William Robinson. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Various classes of motorcycles will be judged and voted on by guests. Winners will receive trophies. Entering a motorcycle is free if it\u2019s accepted into the concours.
