The 20th annual Mandarin Fall Festival and Chili Cook-Off, hosted each year by the Mandarin Council of the JAX Chamber, was held on Saturday, Nov. 19 at RiverPlace Shopping Center. Community members enjoyed entertainment for young and old with live music, a bounce house, a silent auction and the main event, the Chili Cook-Off. This event is the main fundraiser each year for the Mandarin Council and proceeds benefit the Mandarin Food Bank, Junior Achievement and the Janice Meisel Scholarship Fund.<\/span><\/p>\n
