A. Brandon J. Patty is back from his overseas contingency operation with the U.S. Navy in the Middle East. Elected for another four years, Clerk Patty is thrilled to be back serving residents as the Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptroller. He will take the oath of office on Jan. 7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
New services available: Our office began providing wedding photos to couples last October and we now provide general notary services for most documents as a convenience. Wedding photos are $15 plus tax and notary services are $10.
Judicial procedures: The Florida Supreme Court created a new framework that will affect procedures related to civil court cases. The new rule changes aim to promote the timely resolution of civil cases through effective case management. Our clerks are adapting to these rule changes in partnership with the judiciary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A. Through careful planning, we\u2019ve maintained a strong financial position for St. Johns County. Despite fluctuations in short-term rates, investment earnings last year remained stable on both long and short-term investments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
