Not even a brief but intense rainstorm could interfere with the fun and celebration of the 2024 Bartram Trail Rotary Pub Crawl on March 23. This year saw record attendance, and the revenues generated will fuel local and international service projects for the upcoming year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Businesses in Bartram Walk graciously hosted more than 100 people at each stop, providing not just beverages but also their time and space. Without their support, this event wouldn’t have been the success it was. Participating businesses were Moon Dog Pie House, Julington Creek Fish House & Oyster Co., Bono’s Pit Bar-B-Q, La Nopalera Julington Creek, and Iggy’s Grill and Bar. The Poppin Box generously gifted each attendee a voucher for beer cheese popcorn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis year\u2019s Pub Crawl was a resounding success thanks to the incredible support from the community,\u201d said Molly Paxton, president elect of Bartram Trail Rotary who also served as Pub Crawl chairperson. \u201cWe had the highest turnout ever this year, and I was honored to be a part of this cornerstone of our fundraising efforts. We couldn\u2019t have done it without our generous sponsors, the businesses who graciously hosted us, and all the folks who came out to have fun. It reminds me how much good we can do when we all come together!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Rotary Club of Bartram Trail \u2013 Julington Creek meets every Thursday morning, from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. at Westminster Woods on Julington Creek.
